Since 1927 ~ Protecting Consumers in Real Estate Transactions

**New CE Deadline**
The CE deadline has been extended from September 30, 2017 to April 30, 2018.

New Mexico is currently undergoing changes in the way your continuing education hours are being handled. The way your hours will be filed depends on when you took your CE course.

Here are some guidelines to help you figure out how to file them (if you have not done so already).
-  Courses taken prior to 7/1/17 should be sent to the OSI by the licensee.
-  Courses taken after 7/1/17 and for the current compliance period, the provider (NMLTA) reports the credits.
- Courses taken after 7/1/17 for previous years compliance are sent to the OSI by the licensee.

Once you have completed your CE for the year, you will be required to go to www.nipr.com to renew your license by April 30, 2018. (Also, please note, that from now on, all correspondence from the state regarding your license will be sent via email - so be sure to update your information when renewing your license.)

If you missed the Title School Seminar, you can now watch the either the entire seminar or pick and choose how many hours of CE you need.
*** Please note, if your workplace is an NMLTA member, then so are you! ***

Due to the upcoming changes for New Mexico's CE filing procedures,
NMLTA will file all CE credits on your behalf. The price of this seminar includes these filing fees.
