We recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 because the security features have been greatly enhanced with this latest version.  Many of the links we use on our site are configured to open up in a new browser window, and this can be changed in your browser settings to open in a new "tab" instead, which some people find more simple to use.  For instructions on how to change your settings, click on the "Navigation Tips" item in the Help Menu.
