HAPPY NEW YEAR and Rate Hearing Update

Greetings all!

As the year comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to bring you all up to speed on 2021 Biennial Rate Hearings. It appears that the three parties, OSI, NMLTA and Fidelity have reached an agreement for settlement. We are awaiting further information from the Hearing Officer as to how the hearings will proceed based on this agreement. Once the approved terms are available, we will provide you with a further update.

Beyond this, we, your Board of Directors, wish each of you, your staff and families, a very safe, healthy, happy and prosperous New Year!
