About the Company:
Four Corners Title Company has been open and serving McKinley County since May of 1996. The company was opened, owned and operated by Richard (Dick) Kauzlaric until his passing in 2010. Dick was an active business man, with his hands in areas such as all lines of insurance, real estate development and a real estate agent, as well as banking. He purchased Bubany Insurance Agency in 1985 and moved the Agency to 311 South Third Street in Gallup, NM.
After about 10 years into his ownership of Bubany Insurance Agency, he decided to stretch his insurance endeavors to Title Insurance and opened Four Corners Title Company in the same building as Bubany Insurance Agency. Both businesses have been in the same location since.
After Dick’s passing, his wife, Janet, and their children took over ownership and the Company’s day-to-day business was handled by Dick’s right-hand employee, Mary Villanueva, also dubbed the “Title Whisperer”. In early 2020, Mary, purchased the company from the Kauzlaric Family.
Four Corners Title Company provides full closing and escrow services as well as property searches for McKinley County, New Mexico. We are a very small office, but truly enjoy our profession.
