NMLTA Signs in Support of SECURE Notarization Act

In conjunction with the American Land Title Association, NMLTA signed the attached letter in support for S.1212: Securing and Enabling Commerce Using Remote and Electronic Notarization Act along with over 100 other organizations around the country! Remote notarizations are becoming a critical part of real estate transactions so we are proud to support these efforts.
