Thank you for your support of HB 79, changing the cycle for rate hearings from 2 years to 3 years, and HB 250, amending the Scrivener's Error Affidavit. We have just learned that Governor Lujan Grisham has signed both bills and they will become effective on July 1, 2023. As you know, these bills will be very beneficial for our industry, and we are grateful to all who participated to get them passed.
